彩电巨头业绩分化 四川长虹2015年预亏近20亿   每经记者 黄丽   一股世纪寒潮刚刚过去,家电业集中披露的2015年业绩预报似乎也“受了冻”。   近日,多家传统家电企业陆续披露2015年业绩预报,但成绩大多不如人意。五大传统彩电巨头中,已经披露的2015业绩预报的三家中,就有两家出现了巨亏。   其中,四川长虹披露的2015年业绩预报称,预计该公司2015年全年净利润将亏损19.5亿元。而深康佳披露的2015年业绩预报也表示,该公司全年预计亏损12亿~14亿元。   多位业内人士向《每日经济新闻》记者表示,彩电企业的巨亏与市场环境有关,也有企业内部有关,“在长虹、康佳出现巨额亏损时,创维、海信却还能活得很好,说明市场环境并没有想象中艰难,企业还是应加快转型节奏,改善自身产品结构。”   四川长虹、深康佳现巨亏   家电业尤其是黑电的2015年,过得并不轻松,从已经披露了2015年业绩预告的彩电企业情况来看,可窥见一斑。   1月30日,四川长虹发布了2014年业绩预报,预计2015年经营业绩将出现亏损,实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-19.75亿元左右,对比上年同期净利润5885.78万元,出现了大幅亏损。尽管四川长虹曾披露公司前三季度已经净利润亏损了近5亿元,但这近20亿元的亏损还是让外界有些吃惊。   与此同时,深康佳也在1月22日曾披露2015年业绩预报,称净利润预计将亏损12亿~14亿元,而上年同期该公司净利润为5262.35万元。   长虹与康佳同属传统五大彩电巨头,在2015年出现如此大的亏损,两家企业给出了两点相同的原因,一方面是被要求退回节能补贴资金,另一方面则是人民币兑美元的汇率出现贬值,给两家公司造成巨大损失。据深康佳公告,仅汇率波动,就给该公司2015年造成了约2亿元的损失。   事实上,2015年12月底,彩电业集中爆发的退补风波对上述两家企业业绩造成了较大影响。其中,四川长虹涉及补贴金额高达5.33亿元,深康佳涉及金额达2.2亿元,创维数码则为6656万元,TCL多媒体则最高可涉及8700万元。   四川长虹的亏损还因旗下两家子公司的应收款项余款折现以及资产减值准备,共造成了约4亿元的损益。   与四川长虹不同,深康佳则是管理层动荡给公司2015年经营造成了不小的影响。深康佳也在预亏公告中特别提出,“因管理层变动,公司在第三季度和第四季度对产品规划进行了两次调整,对本公司产品销售造成了不利影响。”   事实上,在港交所上市的TCL多媒体在2015年业绩预告中称,当年第四季度实现了扭亏,但公司前三季度也曾出现了高达4.4亿港元的巨额亏损。   家电业遭遇“世纪寒潮”?   传统的五大彩电巨头中,除了未公布业绩预告的创维、海信,剩下三家巨头中,两家出现了巨亏,彩电业难道也遭遇了世纪寒潮?   家电行业专家刘步尘向《每日经济新闻》记者表示,家电行业的2015年的确不好过。“互联网品牌的价格战,把电视价格压得很低,整个行业价格一直在降,传统的家电制造企业亏不起。”   刘步尘分析认为,互联网企业中以乐视为例,2015年全年电视出货300万台左右,尽管有亏损,但能通过其他渠道的盈利来进行弥补,但传统的家电企业有动辄上千万台的出货量,带来的损失就难以弥补了。   不过奥维云网黑电事业部总经理董敏认为,2015年也并没有想象中那么艰难,“互联网品牌的进入,虽然带来了整个行业彩电价格的大幅拉低,但同时新的卖点和噱头又刺激了另一部分消费。”   他认为,两家企业出现大幅亏损,与市场大环境虽有关,也与企业内部调整和这次的“退补”事件有关。   经历了2015年的“退补”风波、汇率波动,家电业2016年能否迎来新的转机?刘步尘认为,2016年家电企业经营状况应该会有所改善,但营收和利润状况仍不明朗。至于彩电业的行业格局,他认为,互联网品牌暂时不会对排名前五造成太大威胁,“乐视2016年目标是600万台,就算它能完成目标,也还没超过康佳目前700多万台的量,所以行业格局暂时应该不会发生太大变化。”   不过摆在家电企业眼前的威胁仍然客观存在,互联网品牌短时间不会突然消失,而传统企业却有随时被超越的可能。董敏认为,在整个家电行业产能过剩、产品过剩的情况下,有意识的企业已经开始走精品化路线。   同时,TCL与乐视的合作,也为行业起到了比较好的示范作用,“未来不论是传统企业还是互联网企业,都需要构建产品+服务的生态。”相关的主题文章:
